  • Anyone! If you have an audience who would like to become better equipped to have vital conversations with their children about pornography, you can book a workshop. We get enquiries from school principals, guidance counsellors, faith-based organisations, youth and support workers, parent groups and more.

  • Workshops are typically booked several months in advance. Availability will depend on Brett’s calendar, which fills up quickly! Brett will work with you to find a date that suits you and your audience.

Some workshops are held in the evening, to ensure busy working parents can attend. Others are held in the weekend. We recommend that you pick a time that suits your audience, without going too late into the evening.

  • Workshops can be held anywhere in Aotearoa. They are typically held in a school auditorium, church hall, community hall or similar venue. We can also hold a private family workshop in your home.

  • Tāima Kōrero workshops last for approximately 1.5 hours and include Brett’s engaging discussion, audio-visual display and plenty of opportunity for audience questions.

Many hosts choose to invite attendees early to enjoy tea, coffee, or supper before the workshop starts.

  • The cost of your workshop will depend on your event requirements. Please email Brett to discuss.

Tāima Kōrero is a charity that operates 100% on donations and external funding. Please note that we will outline to your attendees how they can donate to the ongoing operation of Tāima Kōrero.

Some hosts ask attendees for a $5 donation or small koha on entry in order to cover the operating costs of running the event.
